Our mission is to provide an exceptional catering experience through elevated bar services and exquisite culinary offerings. Our unwavering commitment to excellence, professional team, and creative services set us apart. Each event is carefully planned with intention, ensuring a truly bespoke experience that brings your vision to life.
The level of service at which catering is provided can make or break the success of an event. Pours & Petals offers a personalized planning and service experience that will exceed your expectations. Our catering experiences are interactive and immersive, ensuring we elevate the overall guest experience. We are passionate about what we do!
The "pours" in our name represents our primary offering - exceptional beverage services. From handcrafted cocktails to fresh lemonades and specialty coffee, we bring a unique and elevated drink experience to every event.
The "petals" embody our botanical aesthetic as well as the thoughtful details and extra touches we provide to make each celebration special. Whether it’s fresh food offerings, beautifully styled bars, or even florals themselves, we strive to make every event as unique as the people hosting it.
Every event is an opportunity to unite people and forge lasting memories. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our use of local, high-quality, fresh ingredients, ensuring the finest food and beverage options. Familiar favorites are elevated with our unique touch, creating a distinctive experience for your event.
From the moment you initiate the inquiry process to the planning and execution of our services, our team is dedicated to fulfilling your requirements. Each event proposal is tailored to mirror your vision and goals, ensuring that your event is a true reflection of your style and preferences. Approach your event day with confidence, knowing that we are there to handle every detail, no matter how small.
Our professional team is dedicated to going above and beyond, providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service. We aim not only to meet but exceed catering expectations, offering an exceptional experience in addition to our physical offerings. Building genuine connections with our clients and their event guests is a priority, with our team often engaging in friendly conversations throughout the service.
The team at Pours & Petals treats everyone as an individual and with the utmost respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion or ability. We stand by this value and are committed to being inclusive in all aspects of our service.
Our staff is trained in allergy awareness in order to reduce the use of common allergens in products when possible and eliminate cross contamination to the best of our ability. If you have an allergy, please let us know before sipping or digging into our offerings so we can take the proper action.
Pours & Petals recognizes the crucial role we play in contributing to a sustainable future. We prioritize social responsibility and environmentally friendly operations, aiming to reduce our impact on the environment while also providing the best services for our clients.
Many of our ingredients are sourced from local suppliers to ensure the freshest products, reduce carbon emissions from transportation and limit GMO food items. We love to support small businesses.
Our food scraps during preparation are collected to compost. Getting an accurate headcount for events allows us to prepare a proper amount of ingredients to avoid unnecessary excess that would ultimately go to a landfill.
Using rented glasses and plates as an option for private catering events is an service we offer to limit trash. While it is challenging to omit single-use items overall, we choose biodegradable options whenever possible, like our seashell straws and cornstarch utensils!
We offer rentals of popular event decor and catering ware to our clients, reducing the purchase of items that would only be used once.
Many of our items are refurbished decor and furniture that is secondhand. This includes our 1960 vintage campers that are now fully functioning catering units. We attend antique shows, search the internet and browse secondhand shops to find interesting items that can be repurposed into a new life.
we are down to earth and good to earth.
I’m Erin, the founder of Pours & Petals. My journey in hospitality began during my time at the University of New Hampshire, where I pursued a degree in Event Management. While in school, I had the incredible opportunity to intern with The Walt Disney Company in Florida, hoping to secure a full-time role with their renowned events team.
Like many, my path took an unexpected turn when COVID-19 hit, bringing me back to my roots in New Hampshire. It was here that I decided to take a leap of faith and bring Pours & Petals to life.
I envisioned a business that blended my love for hospitality, event planning, food and beverage service into one cohesive experience. Pours & Petals is the result of that vision; a company built with passion, creativity, and a deep appreciation for meaningful celebrations. My highest priority in business is to bring happiness through others with our work.
I can’t wait to help bring your events to life!
With gratitude,
A 1960 Woodsman Coleman, the same brand we know today that makes outdoor gear!

Yup, the vintage beauty is from the internet.
THE CAMPER DIDN'T COME THE WAY YOU KNOW IT TODAY
The blue IS still there...but it's underneath the green wrap!
IT WAS READY TO CAMP!
Except we had other plans in mind....
The interior has a full size bed, sink, dining table, a booth, gorgeous pine walls, and an AC unit; but it all had to go.
I wish we still had that AC though.

FRAME AND FLOORING
The camper got all new interior wood framing, along with a new subfloor without water damage. Most definitely the longest portion of renovation.
The interior was rewired with a breaker box, and the exterior light wires were replaced with ones that weren't 60 years old.
The camper was equipped with plywood walls, tin tiling, a paint job, flooring, custom cabinets and a stainless steel countertop.

Here we ran into our biggest roadblock; the appliances don't fit through the door. They had to go through the holes cut for the window. Now let's hope they don't have to come out...

. It was supposed to be all white, then yellow, then blue, then pink... and a last minute decision made it green. No regrets!

They don't make food truck concessions windows for campers... so it is equipped with twin custom residential ones!

...and we were finally finished
On the cold and rainy Memorial Day Weekend of 2021, the camper was finally finished! Nine months later and multiple all- nighters later, we were able to launch by our goal date.
We are still so thankful for the support Pours & Petals has received, from the very first event to today.
